United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental company, has released its Corporate Responsibility Report for 2015. The United by Values report provides data about activities related to each of the company’s seven core values including customer satisfaction, employee safety, energy efficiency, local community engagement, organizational diversity, and training and education.
The information is presented in alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative G4 Guidelines.
“We believe that a company is defined by the values that guide it through major decisions and everyday actions,” said Michael Kneeland, United Rentals CEO. “That’s certainly true of United Rentals. By building our Corporate Responsibility Report around our value system, we reinforce the idea that corporate responsibility and culture are intertwined. Together, they enable us to become a stronger company, a better employer and a more responsible corporate citizen.”
