It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend Mark Sichi.
Mark, aged 61, passed away on Saturday, June 24 2017, as he completed a workout at the gym. He is survived by a daughter, two sons, and five grandchildren.
During his 15-year tenure at Xtreme Manufacturing, Mark was a key member of the sales team, handling many key accounts. He then moved into a role in telehandler product development, where he provided valuable market knowledge and technical insight into the design of new equipment for both Xtreme and Snorkel.
Mark also shared his vast experience through training sessions that he conducted at The Academy at Ahern for team members across the Ahern family of companies, as well to customers and dealers. He was well known for his product training rodeos, where he would make sure that all trainees got to experience the equipment hands-on.
Mark touched the lives of many people in our family of companies, as well as in the entire industry. He will be remembered as kind, charismatic and optimistic, and always willing to mentor and support others to deliver the best results possible. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral mass will take place at noon on Saturday 1st July at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 150 St. Joseph Way, Cotati, California. It will be followed by a burial and a reception at Mark’s home. All are welcome to attend. Messages of condolence can be sent to 711 West School St., Cotati, CA 94931
