Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel, global manufacturers of rough terrain telehandlers and aerial work platforms, have named Jamie Graham vice president of product support for both companies. Graham will report directly to Xtreme and Snorkel CEO Matthew Elvin.

The position is a new role created to provide direction at an executive level to both companies’ product support and spare parts functions globally.

“This role has been created as part of a larger investment program to enhance our global customer support for both of our manufacturing brands,” said Elvin. “By aligning our product support direction for Xtreme and Snorkel, our customers will benefit from corporate synergies that help us to be more efficient and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across the businesses.”

As vice president of product support, Graham will be responsible for delivering after-sales support for both brands, including spare parts, service, technical support, technical documentation, service bulletins, warranty policy and technical training.

Graham previously was director of product support USA and director of operations for Snorkel, and was based in the Snorkel manufacturing facility in Elwood, Kan. Graham has relocated to Las Vegas for his new role and will work from the corporate headquarters in Henderson, Nev.

Before joining Snorkel in 2010, Graham held various customer-facing roles at Diesel Power Equipment in Omaha, Neb., including 15 years as assistant sales manager. During his 20-year tenure with that company, Graham represented equipment and parts for multiple manufacturers of industrial engines, generators, pumps and specialty components.

“I am excited to be able to utilize my experience from my time at Snorkel in the U.S. in my new role to drive improvements in our customer service and product support offering globally,” said Graham. “Additionally, the opportunity to set and align operational and service standards across both Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel will provide significant improvements for our customer base.”
