Great Northern Equipment Distributing completed an asset purchase of JRCO Inc. this week. JRCO is a respected name in the commercial mower attachment industry, doing business since 1975. JRCO manufactures aerators, dethatchers, leaf clean-up products, spreaders and sprayer attachments.
JRCO products will continue to be manufactured in the United States and be marketed under the JRCO brand name.
GNE is actively seeking new dealers to enhance JRCO’s existing dealer network.
GNE is based in Rogers, Minn., and has a branch in Garland, Texas. Its customers include dealers, rental centers, national accounts, OEMs and hardware co-ops.
