Paladin Attachments has acquired Kodiak Manufacturing, a manufacturer of agricultural implements including rotary cutters, soil and gravel movers, tillers and additional tractor implements. The acquisition supports Paladin’s continued product diversification objectives and improves its presence in the agricultural market sector.
The deal also provides Kodiak with a solid platform for continued growth through increased capacity and market support, which enhances the value of the brand to its customer base.
Kodiak was founded in 1996 and is based in Charleston, Tenn. Kodiak customers can continue ordering product through existing channels as they have in the past. Paladin said it will add value through process improvement, manufacturing diversity and market support services to enhance the customer experience for Kodiak products.
