H&E Equipment Services has opened a new store in Kent, Wash., near Seattle. The new store will provide full-service coverage to customers in western and central Washington. The facility is 17,000 square feet on four acres of land, with office space, a large shop, a parts warehouse and a large yard. The store will specialize in aerial work platforms, telescopic forklifts, compact and large earthmoving equipment and general construction equipment.
Manufacturers represented will include JLG, Genie, Atlas Copco, Skytrak, Skyjack, Multiquip, Wacker Neuson, Gehl, Takeuchi and Yanmar.
“With strong projected growth, and a healthy diverse economy, Seattle was a clear choice for a new facility,” said Zac Anderson, H&E Seattle branch manager. “We see the need in this area for a true full-service equipment supplier that will provide a single source for customers to take care of all their rental sales, parts and service needs. Based in Baton Rouge, La., H&E Equipment Services now has 66 locations throughout the Gulf Coast, Mid-Atlantic, Intermountain, Southwest, Northwest and West Coast regions. The company is No. 11 on the RER 100.
