Case Construction Equipment last week completed the acquisition of select assets of Western Power & Equipment of Vancouver, Wash. As a result of the acquisition, the company is now called Case Power and Equipment, which has eight locations in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Each dealership sells, rents and services Case construction and industrial equipment.

As a result of the acquisition, the company is now called Case Power and Equipment, which has eight locations in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. The Case Power and Equipment dealer locations include Redding, Sacramento and Stockton, Calif.; Sparks, Nev.; Portland and Salem, Ore.; and Auburn and Marysville, Wash.

“We made this acquisition to ensure that existing and prospective Case customers continue to receive the top-caliber construction equipment and support they need,” said James Hasler, vice president, Case Construction Equipment.

Financial details were not disclosed.

To better meet the rental needs of local customers, the company is adding a full range of construction equipment to its rental fleet. To keep equipment running more efficiently on the jobsite, the company introduced the “Power Plus” program in which an employee will inspect a customer’s new machine seven times within the first year of service.

Racine, Wis.-based Case Construction Equipment sells and supports a full line of construction equipment around the world, including the No. 1 loader/backhoes, articulated trucks, excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, vibratory compaction rollers, crawler dozers, skid steers, compact track loaders, telescopic handlers and rough-terrain forklifts.
