Volvo Construction Equipment Rents has opened a new Volvo Rents facility in Seabrook, Texas, as part of Post Rentals of Texas, owned by rental industry veteran Pete Post. Post opened his first Volvo Rents rental location in Humble, Texas, in the Houston area, in 2004.
Post, a widely respected industry leader, is former president of Houston-based Prime Equipment (now part of RSC Equipment Rentals), and currently serves on the board of the Texas Rental Association.
“What’s unique about us is that we are a locally owned business, with the global support of an equipment name you can rely on,” said Post. “We own our own company and understand the bottom line when it comes to doing business. We have the ability to respond quickly to our customers’ needs, without going through layers of bureaucracy.”
Volvo Rents now has 84 rental centers in North America, 79 in Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria) and one in Mexico.
