New Zealand’s Hirepool Opens Northern Hub in Auckland Region

Hirepool, the largest construction rental business in New Zealand is adding to its national equipment rental footprint with a new branch in Silverdale, Auckland. The company has opened a 4,000-square-meter (about 43,000 square feet) northern hub this week. CEO Brian Stephen told scoop.nz that although the company already has a significant rental business in the Auckland region, with the northern urban drift of Auckland and the increased residential population in the area, Hirepool felt it was time to invest in a major northern hub.

The new branch will feature a large range of heavy rental fleet, including large excavators and compaction equipment, boomlifts, scissorlifts and other items. The company also has recently launched a new online booking system.

Hirepool already has a rental center in Silverdale, which will continue to operate. The company has more than 70 equipment rental branches nationwide.
