Riwal, the aerial work platform and telehandler rental specialist, has launched the Riwal Rental App. The app was diesgned specifically for Riwal’s customers and allows them to browse, reserve and schedule aerial work platforms in one process.
The Riwal Rental App is part of the company’s digital strategy to enhance customer connectivity and engage in new markets. The app’s interface is user friendly for customers, who will also be assisted by the app’s live-chat functionality. Also, customers with an Access4U customer portal account can easily manage their entire rental activity in the app, which is designed to enhance jobsite productivity and the customer experience.
The Riwal Rental App has been rolled out in Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Slovenia. Other countries will soon be added. The app is now available in Android and the iOs version will be available later this year.
