Sales of aerial work platforms jumped 21 percent in 2017, showing Haulotte’s position is strengthening in North America. Asia Pacific grew revenue 7.5 percent at constant exchange rates, thanks to a strong rebound in fourth quarter sales in the Middle East and Asia.
The decline in scaffolding sales in North America by 25 percent prevented Haulotte from growing its sales in the region, despite the large increase in AWPs.
