Cramo’s German subsidiary Theisen Baumaschinen, and German energy company Technische Werke Ludwigshafen have signed a contract for TWL to rent modular space for its headquarter operations in Ludwigshafen. The total project covers 2,500 square meters (26,910 square feet). The rental contract is signed for four years.
“This is a major breakthrough for our modular space operations in Central Europe,” said senior vice president Petri Moksen, head of Cramo Adapteo. “The extent of the contract is substantial also from the Nordic perspective, where our operations have been well established over the past 25 years. In Germany, where we have been active only for a couple of years, this is a strategically important stepping stone into the modular space market.”
The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the contract.
Cramo, based in Vantaa, near Helsinki, Finland, has operations in 15 European markets with 360 branches. Cramo Adapteo is its modular space division.
