Vp plc, leading U.K. equipment rental company, has acquired the entire issued share capital of Mr. Cropper Limited for £4.6 million (about U.S. $7.2 million). Mr. Cropper is a market leader in the rental of pile-cropping machines to the U.K. groundworks and construction sectors. Operating across the country with two locations in the Southeast and Midlands, Mr. Cropper has been established for 13 years.
Vp said that Mr. Cropper will be integrated within its Groundforce division, complementing the group’s existing piling equipment activities.
Vp is based in Harrowgate, North Yorkshire, U.K.
