Liebherr recently announced the opening of its first facility in Russia. The facility, located in the Nizhny Novgorod region, will manufacture parts and assemble earthmoving equipment and tower cranes for distribution in Russia as well as foreign markets.
The factory will also manufacture aircraft equipment.
