Able Equipment Rental, Deer Park, N.Y.-based construction equipment rental company, has opened a new branch in Pennsanken, N.J., to serve the greater Philadelphia market. The facility will serve southern New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.
The nearly 10,000-square-foot space will offer a wide assortment of equipment including aerial lifts, heating, cooling, power generation, earthmovers, material handling, mobile mini-cranes and trailer rentals.
“Everyone on the Able team is thrilled to be entering the Philadelphia market,” said co-founder and treasurer Steven Laganas. “We researched and toured several facilities in the area before committing to the property in Pennsauken. From a business point of view, it really made sense for Able to come here because of its relative location to Philadelphia, as well as its ability to attract customers from the region’s strong customer base. Also, the physical structure itself is a perfect fit for the type of business we’re in.”
“What makes Able different from other rental companies is our flexibility, our diverse fleet, quick response time, and employees with a can-do attitude, eager to serve our customers,” added Mike Cohan, vice president.
The two-story structure sits on 1.5 acres and is positioned strategically near all major routes and highways in the area and is minutes away from all area bridges to Philadelphia.
Able Equipment Rental’s headquarters is in Deer Park, on Long Island, New York. Its other branch is in Edison, N.J. Able is No. 89 on the RER 100.
