Covington, Ga.-based Komatsu Forklift USA recently announced that it will use Bell and Howell's Net-Compass Parts and Service applications to automate its product support operations. It will give Komatsu's more than 182 dealer locations throughout North America, Latin America and the Caribbean access to real-time data, allowing dealers to search for parts by full or partial number, description, remarks, serial numbers and graphics in seconds.

The Wooster, Ohio-based company's Net-Compass application package will replace Komatsu's paper-based system that included parts and service manuals for more than 265 past and present models.
