Volvo Construction Equipment Rents last week announced the signing of a franchise contract for a second Volvo Rents equipment rental center in Arkansas.
Arkansas Rental Co., LLC, owned by R. C. Coburn, has entered into a Volvo Rents franchise agreement to open its second Volvo Rents center. The new equipment rental store will be located in Pine Bluff. The company opened its first Volvo Rents operation in Little Rock in late 2003.
Volvo Rents began its equipment rental franchise initiative in 2001. The company now has 60 equipment rental centers open in the United States and Canada. The company is also expanding its operations in Europe with rental centers open in Portugal and Spain and has recently signed franchise agreements with a company in Italy.
Asheville, N.C.-based Volvo Rents is No. 19 on the RER 100.
