Wynne Systems Makes Additions to IntelliSource to Accelerate Equipment Sourcing

These additions enhance the core benefits: Nearest unit search logic, conflict identification, and alternative equipment options.

Wynne Systems, a global leader in rental software solutions, announces three additions for its RentalMan IntelliSource solution. Launched in 2023, IntelliSource is an intelligent rental solution that’s making the time-consuming search for equipment to fill orders faster and easier with automation.

These additions enhance the core benefits: Nearest unit search logic, conflict identification, and alternative equipment options.

The nearest unit search logic feature option provides users with a list of equipment that fits the rental customer’s order based on the location nearest to their jobsite.

Conflict identification helps users see what equipment options have potential conflicts. IntelliSource flags equipment if it’s in the shop under a work order or on rent but scheduled to be back by the new rental date. It also shows when the equipment will be available again. Integrations to other RentalMan solutions like Service Solution brings real-time availability statuses or conflicts to users.

Alternative equipment options are now available for users when they are looking for equipment. For example, if a rental customer needs a 25-foot scissor lift, IntelliSource can show a 32-foot option as an alternative equipment option.

“IntelliSource continues to push into new territory for rental software,” Craig Richmond, IntelliSource product manager said. “These latest features provide our users with key information in a single screen and allow rental teams to significantly speed up their manual, time-consuming and difficult equipment search processes.”

IntelliSource saves users time and money with up to 50 percent faster equipment sourcing, 75 percent less transfer negotiation, and 3 percent lower transportation costs, the company said.
