Snorkel will showcase its A62JRT, a 62-foot platform height articulated boom built on the company’s common Polaris chassis, at The Rental Show. The Polaris chassis is designed to deliver the best inside turning radius of any two-wheel-steer machine in its class, and offers very compact stowed dimensions for transport. The oscillating front axle, with hydrostatic four-wheel drive, keeps all four tires in contact with the ground, and works whether the machine is stowed or elevated.
“We had originally intended to focus solely on our compact electric lifts at ARA, which proved a successful strategy last year,” said Richard Tindale, global sales & marketing director. “However, the feedback from the [Lift & Acess] Showcase on the A62JRT was so positive that we have decided to take it to New Orleans.” www.snorkellifts.com
