European Rental Giant Riwal Launches Notifications Services
Netherlands-based Riwal, which is part of Boels Group, introduces a unique new service on My Riwal, the customer portal for elevated work, to offer customers up-to-the-minute notifications. My Riwal, available 24/7 and designed to help make truly informed decisions, now offers notifications: alerts at every step of the machine rental process, giving customers control and reassurance.
Already used by many customers to make orders, manage rentals and track telematics, My Riwal now also provides updates about events or status changes, such as an expiring rental or upcoming delivery. Available both in the web portal and mobile app and fully tailored to a customer’s needs, it allows for role-specific alerts, such as invoice notifications for financial staff and delivery confirmations for requestors.
Riwal makes doing business easier. With all industry expertise and rental information accessible in the portal, My Riwal provides real-time monitoring and data to streamline daily operations, improve job site efficiency and shift the focus from administration to productivity. The new notifications service further enhances the rental experience with seamless communications.
