The Classen HSC18 Pro Sod Cutter comes in two size options — 52 inches or 55 inches long. The integrated, rear swivel wheel is designed for ease of turning and can be secured in place for straight-line cutting.
The Hydro-Gear T2 hydrostatic drive transmission is designed for smooth, consistent power flow, and its power reverse assists in efficient transportation. The Pro Sod Cutter has two engine options — a 5-horsepower Honda GX160 engine or an 8-horsepower Honda GX240.
The cutting blade (18-inch standard, with 12-, 16-, 20- and 24-inch options) is centered on the bottom of the machine and cuts 20 strokes per second. The cutting depth can be adjusted down to 2 1/2 inches.
