MEC Aerials last week named Frank Shanahan general manager of is California Manufacturing and Engineering Co. division. CMEC manufactures electric and rough-terrain scissorlifts and telehandlers marketed by MEC Aerials.
Shanahan joined CMEC in October 2004 as chief financial officer and later took over responsibility for operations.
Shanahan previously served as chief financial officer and operations manager for Biola, Calif.-based Actagro LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of chemical fertilizers.
MEC’s manufacturing facilities are based in Selma, Calif., near Fresno.
