Snorkel will show its T66JRT boomlift at The Rental Show 2013, and the aerial work platform manufacturer will begin full production in the United States later this year. The 66-foot rough terrain unit is part of Snorkel’s new group of midsize boomlifts that now share a common chassis.
The T66JRT has an oscillating axle to help keep all four wheels on the ground. It also has hydrostatic four-wheel drive, ground clearance of 350mm and a 59-hp Kubota diesel engine. The unit can traverse gradients of up to 45 percent.
Snorkel will feature 11 machines at The Rental Show, ranging from a 3m Pop-Up PUSH 10 Pro mini-scissorlift to the new T66JRT straight stick boom. Snorkel will be in Booth 1434.
