Chicago Pneumatic gave out outstanding achievement in sales award at last month’s Rental Show in Orlando, Fla. Winners were selected based on 2013 performance.
Derek Miller, based in Orange County, Calif., was awarded regional sales manager of the year for CP after increasing sales by 27 percent in his region. He is responsible for increasing market share and new business development in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Nevada,Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
Rob Walsh, technical support supervisor of portable diesel generators at CP, earned the Excellence in Customer Care award. Kyle Caldwell of Prime Power Equipment Sales, Frisco, Texas, was recognized for outstanding sales performance with the Portable Energy product line. Two awards were given out in the handheld and compaction lines: Tony Kannenberg of CPS, Broadview, Ill., and Dave Freehauf, vice president of St. Paul, Minn.-based CPS.
Randy Konnick, regional manager at Cardinal Sales, Vestal, N.Y., was honored for outstanding sales performance with the hydraulic attachment line. And Rochester, N.Y.-based Admar Supply was named Distributor of the Year for Hydraulic Attachments.
“Our sales and service team gives Chicago Pneumatic a great name in the market, and we are excited to honor these individuals and the top selling distributor who have had an outstanding year,” said John Vogel, executive vice president of Chicago Pneumatic Construction Equipment.
