Kobelco Construction Machinery USA has named Javier Marin parts pricing analyst/inventory control. Marin, an experienced industrial parts specialist, will play a key role as Kobelco gears up in support of the company’s aggressive growth strategy following the re-launch of its excavator line in North America earlier this year. Marin will be responsible for compiling comparative parts pricing in order to develop and implement Kobelco’s pricing strategy.
Marin will also assist in the development of internal performance measures to gauge pricing effectiveness and track industry trends and forecasts for ongoing analysis of the company’s parts business. He will also ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained at Kobelco’s parts distribution facility in Houston.
Kobelco also named Karla Rodriguez data entry specialist in its expanding customer service department, responsible for processing parts orders and invoicing, generating prompt correspondence with Kobelco dealers and customers and for maintaining accurate records of all communications.
