Ramirent Finland and Rostek-Tekniika have signed a partnership agreement for lift maintenance, with RT buying the lift maintenance operations from the Finland-based equipment rental company. According to the agreement, 20 Ramirent employees working with lift maintenance will join Rostek-Tekniikka.
“Lift maintenance is an important support function in our fleet operations,” said Anna Hyvönen, Ramirent executive vice-president Finland and Baltic said. “The target is to guarantee high performing and safe equipment for our customer. Our aim is to ensure competent, mobile and efficient maintenance across the whole country. We want to develop maintenance operations in the equipment rental business together with Rostek-Tekniika Oy.”
“We are glad that Ramirent wants to expand our partnership agreement and develop new co-operational models for the industry,” added Risto Liiri, RT chairman.
Ramirent, based in Vantaa, near Helsinki, Finland, has 306 branches in 10 Nordic, Central and Eastern European countries.
