Deere Dealer Nortrax Acquires Eight Locations in Quebec

Nortrax Inc., which operates John Deere construction and forestry dealerships throughout the United States and Canada, has acquired eight new locations in eastern Quebec, Canada, from Equipment Sigma.

Nortrax Inc., which operates John Deere construction and forestry dealerships throughout the United States and Canada, has acquired eight new locations in eastern Quebec, Canada, from Equipment Sigma. Nortrax now operates former Sigma locations in Baie-Comeau, Chibougamau, Chicoutimi, Degelis, Mont Joli, St. Augustin, St. Georges and Trois Rivieres, adding to its stores in Amos, Brossard, Laval, Mont Laurier and St. Agathe.

“This purchase expands the Nortrax footprint in Quebec to 13 stores to provide sales, service and product support of John Deere construction and forestry equipment,” said Tim Murphy, Nortrax president and CEO. “This investment represents a strong commitment by Nortrax for future growth and complements our overall promise to deliver the ultimate in customer satisfaction.
