The All Family of Companies have promoted three long-term employees to managerial positions in addition to its recent promotion of Kevin Hileman as general manager of All’s newest branch in Indianapolis.
Jude Stankov, a veteran of 21 years with All, was named general manager of the company’s Mobile, Ala., branch. All Crane Rental of Alabama, which serves Mobile and surrounding areas, recently moved to a larger location. Stankov started with All in Cleveland in 1995. He eventually became a crawler crane fleet administrator, coordinating the delivery of crawler cranes to jobsites. As the new general manager in Mobile, he will supervise all personnel and activities, including sales and rental, maintenance and service, dispatch, equipment operators and drivers.
Joshua Bacci was named general manager ALT Sales Corp. ALT is the boom truck division of All, handling sales and service for the company’s large fleet of boom truck cranes and related equipment. ALT offers boom trucks for power and utilities, tree and forestry, construction, sign installation, roofing, painting and more.
Bacci joined the company in 2006 and has worked as a rigger, oiler, assistant operations manager, and crawler crane fleet administrator
Kristi Hesselbart was named operations manager of the company’s Central Rent-A-Crane branch in Elkhart, Ind. Hesselbart started with All 18 years ago as a billing clerk, and moved up to contracts administration and accounts receivable. In her new role, Hesselbart will supervise dispatch, billing and other operations-related functions.
“Jude, Josh and Kristi have stepped up whenever and wherever they are needed and have been loyal to All for many years,” said All president Michael Liptak. “We recognize their commitment to this industry and to our company through these promotions.”
