May Heavy Equipment, a rental company based in Columbia, S.C., now represents the NorAm 65E compact motor grader, the company said. MHE, founded by Bert and Jacob May in 1997, has locations in North and South Carolina and sells and rents a variety of heavy earthmoving and compaction equipment throughout the Southeast.
NorAm has been marketing the machine since 1993, following in a 65-year heritage of compact graders which began with the Allis Chalmers model D in 1949, later evolving into the Fiatallis model 65B.
