Case New Holland Industrial has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of precision-spraying equipment manufacturer Miller-St. Nazianz. MSN will become part of New Holland Agriculture, a CNH Industrial brand, building on a four-year manufacturing and distribution partnership between New Holland and Miller in North America.
The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
Based in St. Nazianz, Wis., MSN was founded as a hardware retailer in 1899, and has expanded through five generations of family management to become a leader in the front boom sprayer market. Sprayers operate through crop fields to distribute fertilizers and pesticides in droplet form.
