Sunbelt Rentals has acquired Hebbronville Lone Star Rentals, an eight-location energy-related rental company serving the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford oilfields of Texas. HLSR has its corporate office in Midland, Texas, with branches in Alice, Beeville, Carrizo Springs, Charlotte, Laredo, San Angelo and Gonzales, Texas, and Carlsbad, N.M.
The company’s product mix includes aerial lifts, forklifts, transfer pumps, generators, air compressors, portable toilets, trash trailers and bins and light plants.
The announcement was made by parent company Ashtead plc in its quarterly presentation to investors. The Stansberry Firm represented Lone Star in the sale.
