Ames Taping Tools, leading provider of automatic taping and finishing tools, supplies and training to the professional drywall finishing industry, is celebrating its 75th year of operation in 2014. Celebrations are scheduled to run May through September and will include open house events for each of the company’s three regions during the months of June, July, and August.
One customer will win the grand prize of a new series Ames commemorative rental taper, with enhanced features.
“The Ames team is proud to be celebrating 75 years of service to our most loyal customers, through whose continued support of our products and services we are in deep gratitude,” said Jim Mathers, vice president of sales, Ames Taping Tools.
Ames opened three new retail locations in 2013 and plans to open five more in 2014, bringing the total number of stores in the United States to 63.
Ames Taping Tools is headquartered in Stone Mountain, Ga. Ames supplies, supports and services residential and commercial interior finishing applications. Ames is No. 94 on the RER 100.
