The Hertz Corp. has named Tom Kennedy senior executive vice president and chief financial officer effective Dec. 9. David Rosenberg, who has been serving as interim CFO since Oct. 1, will assist Kennedy during a transition period before taking on another senior role in Hertz’ finance area.
Kennedy has been working as executive vice president and CFO of Hilton Worldwide since 2008 and previous worked in the same capacity for Vanguard Car Rental Group.
