Hy-Tek Material Handling has formed a new construction equipment division Hy-Tek JCB, providing sales, parts, service and attachments for JCB’s complete line of construction equipment, including new, pre-owned and rental models — at its Columbus, Ohio, headquarters.
Hy-Tek JCB is led by Jim Ripkey, president; vice president and general manager Jason Milligan; account manager Marty Grace and product support manager Gary Steele. The team has more than 90 years of construction equipment industry experience.
Hy-Tek Material Handling has offered full sales and service support for Yale Lift Trucks for 50 years, including rentals, new and used equipment sales, fleet analysis, customized maintenance programs and reliable aftermarket parts and service. The company will now apply its experience to JCB’s wide range of equipment.
“We’re very pleased to welcome Hy-Tek JCB to our expanding dealer network,” said John Patterson, JCB North America’s CEO and deputy chairman. “Hy-Tek JCB has already built a strong reputation of providing quality sales, parts, and service. I have no doubt that they will serve to further strengthen the JCB brand in the various markets they serve.”
JCB is based in the U.K., with U.S. headquarters in Savannah, Ga.
