Spider, a division of SafeWorks, recently hired district sales representatives for its Charlotte, N.C., and New Orleans, La., operation centers.
Scott Quinters, the new district sales representative in Charlotte, will solve suspended access and safety challenges for contractors and facility owners in the Carolinas. Jason Buchanan will serve the needs of customers throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.
Quinters has more than 25 years of experience in the powered access equipment rental and labor service industry, and has held sales and management positions at Safway Services, United Rentals, Anderson Industrial Services and Ahern Equipment Rental. Most recently, he served as manager of Direct Scaffold Services’ Nashville, Tenn., branch. He has completed the Scaffold & Access Industry Association’s Competent Person course and is an authorized Scaffold SAIA Course trainer.
In 23 years with Brand Energy Solutions, Buchanan held sales and management roles. As sales and account manager, he focused on sales strategies for the power industry throughout the Gulf Coast. Buchanan brings more than 500 hours of coursework in scaffolding, safety, and sales.
