Leading Canadian equipment distributor and rental company Strongco is holding a grand opening celebration of its newest location in Acheson, Alberta, Canada, on Wednesday, June 20. The 37,150-square-foot facility is situated on 6.5 acres in the Parkland Industrial Park on the northwest side of Edmonton.
The new facility is designated as a Volvo branch, and will carry the full line of Volvo Construction Equipment products as well as other brands such as Case, Dressta and Terex Finlay.
“This is a particularly opportune time to open this new branch as the Alberta market is showing very positive signs of recovery,” said Bob Dryburgh, president and CEO of Strongco. “It supports our strategy of having well-located branches providing product support and services to our customers.
The celebration will open with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by branch tours and equipment displays.
