Alta Lift Truck Services has reached agreement to acquire the assets of Detroit Forklift, a company that offers rentals, sales, service, parts and leasing in the metropolitan Detroit area.
Alta carries lift trucks, burden carriers, shelving, ergonomic equipment, racking, in-plant offices and other storage products. It has nine full-service locations throughout Michigan. The company recently received a Yale Material Handling Dealer of Excellence award.
