Material Handling Resources, a provider of warehouse and industrial equipment rentals and sales in the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky region, this week said it has added Hyundai to its lineup of manufacturers it represents. Currently the company has more than 1,600 forklifts in its fleet and represents Komatsu, Big Joe, Cascade and other brands.
MHR also rents aerial work platforms, manual pallet jacks and other industrial equipment, and provides sales, service, rental, training and parts.
“Rick [Thurston, MHR director] and his team at MHR will open a market to Hyundai Construction Equipment that we have been interested in for a long time,” said Chuck Leone, corporate vice president – forklift division of Hyundai Construction Equipment.
“Hyundai is a brand that is well known for its reliability,” added Thurston.
Hyundai Construction Equipment includes a line of forklifts and other heavy machinery, manufacturing more than 96 models, serving 447 local distributors in 110 countries. Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky was an underserved market and will now be represented by MHR.
MHR is based in Nashville, Tenn.
