Wagner Equipment Co. Adopts Infor Cloudsuite Rental Solution

Infor, a provider of business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud, announced that Wagner Equipment Co. has successfully implemented Infor CloudSuite Equipment Rental to enhance core business processes of Wagner’s heavy and power rental fleets.

Wagner, a Caterpillar dealer for Colorado, New Mexico and far west Texas, Wagner was seeking a proven technology suite to modernize the management of day-to-day business activities.

The objectives of the implementation were to gain better visibility of the enterprise, optimize data analysis and automate core business processes to better serve the customer base.

Infor CloudSuite Equipment Rental is powered by Infor M3, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning system. As part of the implementation, Wagner also purchased the Infor Implementation Accelerator for equipment rental to streamline the time to value. The Implementation Accelerator is managed by Infor Services and contains a set of prefigured industry tools that are developed based on industry best practices. Implementation Accelerators are designed to help reduce implementation times and mitigate both the costs and risks that are associated with the transition to the Software-as-a-Service model. By choosing this approach, Wagner was able to increase the internal adoption while reducing the time to train its workforce.
