United Rentals Acquires Richbourg’s Rentals in South Carolina

United Rentals recently acquired Richbourg’s Rentals, an independent rental company with branches in Florence, Sumter and Columbia, S.C. Richbourg’s is a contractor/construction-oriented rental company.

The Stansberry Firm represented Richbourg’s in the transaction.
