UpRight Ireland, the Irish manufacturing operation of Selma, Calif.-based UpRight, moved into a new 376,740 square foot production facility located on the outskirts of Dublin.
The plant has five times the production capacity of the former site in Dun Laoire according to the company. In addition to increasing production of Tl-trailer lifts, MB vertical mast booms, AB38 compact articulated booms and access tower systems, UpRight Ireland began production of a new standard 39 inch width MB20 mast boom with a working height of 26.25 feet.
General manager John Kestell said the plant is being used to manufacture machines sold to the European, Middle Eastern and African markets.
