VANCOUVER, B.C. — Finning Chile, which distributes Caterpillar head machinery in Chile, acquired Distribuidora Perkins, a local distributor of machinery from Perkins and FG Wilson. The company has three branches and annual sales of $13 million.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Finning is No. 17 on the RER 100, based on its North American rental volume.
