Volvo Construction Equipment Rents last week announced the opening of the second Volvo Rents equipment rental center in California by Valley Rental Centers. The new center is the fifth Volvo Rents location in California.
Valley Rental Centers opened its second center in Salida, Calif. The company opened its first Volvo Rents franchise in Merced, Calif., in 2003. The new rental center in Salida will serve the Modesto metropolitan area, and is an independently owned and operated franchise that will carry, in addition to Volvo construction equipment, a comprehensive line of essential equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial and homeowner markets.
Asheville, N.C.-based Volvo Rents has nearly 70 rental centers in the United States and Canada. Volvo Rents is No. 15 in the RER 100.
