RSC Equipment Rental recently filled four leadership roles in the human resources and communications functions at its Scottsdale, Ariz., corporate headquarters.

Joe Turturica joined the company as vice president of human resources. Turturica has leadership responsibility for all people-related programs within RSC. Prior to assuming this position, he served as vice president of staffing and associate relations at Penske Truck Leasing, a limited partnership between Penske Corp. and General Electric.
Kathy Dreyer was named director of compensation and HRIS. Dreyer’s duties include development of new programs that align compensation plans with business objectives and new systems that provide important information for human resources management.
Brian Ludera is director of training and organizational development. In this role, Ludera will develop and implement training, performance management and succession planning initiatives.
Clay Allen was named director of communications. In this role, Allen is responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic internal and external communications initiatives.
