Exhibit space for the 50th anniversary of The Rental Show is sold out. The American Rental Association, Moline, Ill., announced that 700 companies will display their products and services at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando Fla., Feb. 6-9, 2006. This year’s number of exhibitors is an increase from the 2005 show in Las Vegas with the equivalent of 440 more 10-foot by 10-foot booths.
“This strong manufacturing presence reflects the strength of the rental industry and demonstrates how important the ARA members are to the exhibitors’ business,” said Carla Johnson, ARA director of associate member services.
The largest area of growth for the 2006 show is in the heavy construction area. “This area will occupy more space than in recent years, with many returning companies having bigger booths than they’ve had before,” Johnson said.
