JCB today commemorated the ground-breaking for Monk JCB’s new construction equipment dealership location in Houston. The $8 million facility will open in the first quarter of 2020 and will exclusively sell and support JCB construction equipment.
The 10-acre site will accommodate a 13,000-square-foot building for offices and a showroom, as well as a fully equipped service department with eight service bays. Additionally, two acres of product display and demonstration areas will allow customers to test an extensive range of JCB construction machines, from skid steers and mini excavators, to backhoes loaders and telescopic handlers, to wheel loaders and large excavators.
