Gorman-Rupp, a leading manufacturer of pumps and pumping equipment, has promoted Scott King to the position of vice president and general manager for the Mansfield Division of The Gorman-Rupp Co.
In this capacity, King reports to group president, Mark Kreinbihl. The Gorman-Rupp Pumps Group consists of Gorman-Rupp Mansfield, Gorman-Rupp Canada, Gorman-Rupp Europe and Gorman-Rupp Africa.
King has nine years of experience with Gorman-Rupp. Most recently he was serving as vice president of operations for the Mansfield Division. Previous positions with the company include director of manufacturing and manager of manufacturing.
