The Toro Company Acquires Aeration Equipment Manufacturer

The Toro Co. last week announced that it has acquired certain assets from Southern Green Inc., a manufacturer of deep-tine aeration equipment based in Zachary, La. The acquisition of Southern Green’s versatile line of soil reliever aerators helps grow the company’s offering of highly-productive cultivation equipment and provides entry into a new product category.

The acquisition of Southern Green’s versatile line of soil reliever aerators helps grow the company’s offering of highly-productive cultivation equipment and provides entry into a new product category.
