MEC Introduces Two Units at WOC

While leading aerial work platform manufacturers JLG Industries and the Genie division of Terex chose not to participate in the World of Concrete convention this year, MEC Aerial Work Platforms introduced two new aerial lift models: its 54-foot scissorlift and a 30-foot speed-level unit.

While leading aerial work platform manufacturers JLG Industries and the Genie division of Terex chose not to participate in the World of Concrete convention this year, MEC Aerial Work Platforms introduced two new aerial lift models: its 54-foot scissorlift and a 30-foot speed-level unit.

The 5492RT is a 4WD rough-terrain ultra-deck scissorlift with a platform height of 54 feet and a lift capacity of 1,500 pounds. The series features platform heights of 44 feet (4492RT), and the 54-foot unit, platform lengths up to 25 feet, 6 inches, optional dual slide-out deck extensions, and working heights up to 60 feet.

The 3084RT Speed Level sigma lift is the first in the MEC sigma lift series of rough terrain platforms. MEC also offers a 26-foot unit and two all-electric units.
