Case Construction Equipment last week launched its customer assistance call center, designed to handle customer inquiries on all Case product lines. The toll-free number, 1-866-54CASE6 (1-866-542-2736), is staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Case Construction Equipment last week launched its customer assistance call center, designed to handle customer inquiries on all Case product lines. The toll-free number, 1-866-54CASE6 (1-866-542-2736), is staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

“We’re delivering a totally new level of support for our customers with the call center,” said Chris Fabbri, director of service excellence, Case Construction.

Fabbri explained that the Case call center provides access to product and service experts who are familiar with the full line of Case products, from skid steers to the biggest excavators. “These staff members are ready to answer product and service questions,” he said. “They can also help customers locate the right resources within Case or its dealer network.”

Case dealers are available to consult on all product, finance and service needs. The customer assistance call center is designed to serve as an extension of the local Case dealer resources.
